In just seven weeks, the Creativity Workshop will equip you to tap into the Creator’s limitless inspiration and ideas to bring your mission to life.
The Creativity Workshop follows a path from first the powerful foundation of our walk with the Lord and into our walk with those we meet.Course Modules: *Creativity is from the Creator: We will grow our walk with the Lord so that it flows outward into how we walk alongside others we encounter every day.Storytelling: We will learn to teach as Jesus taught through simple stories, we will master design narratives that capture hearts and engage students.All Six Senses: We will learn simple ways to engage all six senses and connect deeply with students to create beautiful memories they will treasure for a lifetime.Disciples Heart: We will discover simple tools that help students hold onto what they have learned and inspire them to share those lessons with others.Creating Sacred Spaces: We will learn to lead our students into sacred spaces where they can experience His presence and learn from Jesus Himself.Inviting Students to Share in the Mission: We will learn to help students to grow and help teach lessons themselves, nurturing a great missional harvest that will go on to feed generations to come*Training for Trainers: At the end of this course, you will be invited to become a Creativity Workshop leader and host your own Creativity Workshops in your area, culture and language, either in person or online.
How will this help me? : Try out what you have learned each week with your own students using a specific prescribed task and then, if you feel comfortable, you can share what you discovered so everyone can grow together. Or reach out and talk it over with the instructor one on one to learn and grow as you go along in the lessons.Interactive Sessions : Join your class for a special weekly Gathering on Zoom. Dive into discussions, share experiences, and watch a live demo of a new Bible Story every week!Downloadable Resource Library : Creativity and Bible Story Resources are always available to read and download for use digitally or in print for yourself and to share with others.Community Engagement : You’ll never walk alone! Ask questions, discuss ideas, and share updates with your class or instructor anytime. You are part of a community in this course, and we all want to learn and grow.Learn on-the-go : Enjoy flexibility while learning! Access all your Creativity lessons, resources, tools, on desktop & mobile devices, anytime, anywhere. If a live Gathering is missed a recording will be posted to use and share on your own schedule.Certification of Achievement: Display your Creativity expertise with a digital certificate that you can print and frame for your office or add to your LinkedIn profile or CV upon completing your Workshop!
Teachers, leaders, and ministry workers who want to grow in their walk with God and share His Word in engaging, creative ways. As we learn together, students are invited into the mission, growing as participants, storytellers, and future mission workers themselves. Participants will also have the opportunity to be trained to lead Creativity Workshops in their own communities.
