Theory of constraints
Theory of Constraints is a method that brings clarity to how organizations and systems work. Simply put, the constraint determines the output of the whole organization. TOC was invented by Eliyahu Goldratt, a physicist who later became a global management consultant. In this course, you will learn how the TOC is built on a philosophy and culture of logical thinking and can be applied in many ways to systematically bring breakthroughs to our work and ministry!
