Not at all. The innovation practices and resources shared throughout the course are able to empower the individual as well as large teams. Any level of influence is enough to get tangible value from this course.
The course duration is 15 weeks. We suggest setting aside 7-10 hours a week for course content and course work. So, roughly blocking one day a week, or one hour a day is enough to stay on track.
Yes, all live sessions are recorded. However, we encourage students to attend as many as they can as these sessions add to the richness of the program.
